About Me (Page 2)

Hi!!  I am Susan and I am a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach.

 

I am a wife to a fabulous high school band director, and Mom to an awesome college bound young man.  I have been in education my whole life.  Was a high school and elementary school band director and was a school counselor for 24 years.  I love teaching and helping people!

I am a native Northern Virginian (Washington DC suburb) by birth and am an AVID  DC sports fan (maybe a little over the top….)

I love chocolate and coffee – is there anything else?

I love to lift – lift heavy things.  The empowerment and strength I feel from lifting is indescribable and that empowerment is carried over to other areas of my life.

I have a passion for helping people, specifically helping people attain their fitness goals.    I am in my mid-fifties and am living proof that anything is possible at any age.  I love empowering people (especially middle age women) in the gym and in their life.  My message:  It’s NEVER too late!
